I am super excited to share a newly released book for our reading this month. I have been a huge fan of Rachel Macy Stafford’s work for years (if you don’t know her blog Hands Free Mama, please go check it out!) and her latest book is yet again a life changer for our busy, unforgiving world.
Only Love Today: Reminders to Breathe More, Stress Less, and Choose Love reminds us all about what is most important in our day-to-day lives and inspires us to live love-filled, not stress-filled lives. When we focus on positive habits that infuse us with connectedness to ourselves and each other, we are not only happier but we are better friends, partners and parents to everyone around us.
